The Mobile World Congress, from 22-25 February, represents a valuable opportunity to spread to the world the progress of Spanish technology/solutions and generate business. Telecommunications, cybersecurity, software, application development and digital content are some of the subsectors where participating Spanish companies steer their activity. This year, the event will feature speakers as prestigious as Marc Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, or Lewis Hamilton, reigning world Formula 1 champion.
It is in the Health area (Health and eHealth) that the European INCA Project coordinated by IDI EIKON is taking place, with a budget of 5 million euros and the ultimate goal to improve socio-sanitary coordination and integration. IDI Eikon exhibits its technological advancements in the healthcare environment, where currently Manises Hospital and the city of Quart de Poblet are piloting/deploying IDI EIKON technology to improve the management of chronic patients and to improve health resources efficiency with the aim of promoting health coordination to lower destabilization, readmissions or complications in different pathologies.
In addition, IDI Eikon brings to the MWC its most innovative solutions for the private sector (private companies, temporary employment companies/agencies -public or prívate, etc.), presenting its Business Management Solutions cloud-based, including contracts and labor documents electronic signature, contributing to savings both in time and costs.
IDI Eikon is a benchmark for innovation since 2001 when decided to bet on IT development in the cloud (cloud computing) and participate in international R+D+i of the European Union attracting, over the past 15 years, more than 10 million euros to Spain in collaboration with various partners and agencies such as the Generalitat Valenciana, the City of Quart de Poblet, Valencia City Council, the Technological Institutes or the Provincial Council of Valencia among many others.
